Serves thru December 2018

Practicing Attorney since 1979.  Senior Attorney for the NYS Department of Corrections, the NY State Division of Parole, as a Supervising Administrative Law Judge with the NY State Office of Children and Family Services, and presently as the Director of Hearings for the NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs.  During this time he has also served as a Magistrate for the Village of Ballston Spa.

Married to wife, Patricia with three sons.  Member, Boy Scouts of America, NY State Magistrates Association, Military Association of New York, State Guard Association of the United States, New York Guard Association.   Presently, Colonel in New York Guard, Commander of the 10th Brigade NYG.  Has been activated for numerous Defense Support for Civilian Authority exercises.
